Rent or buy

Doing one or two shows a year? Rent the structure, own the graphics. Exhibiting all season? Buying pays for itself. We will run the numbers with you before you commit.

How to save money at a trade show

Most overspending happens in three places: buying a booth that is too big for the show, paying rush charges on graphics, and shipping at the last minute. Start 90 days out, size the booth to the floor you actually booked, and lock graphics early. The savings are real, and they cost nothing but planning.

How it works

Tell us the show, the booth size, and the date. You get one quote with the full price. Design help is part of the job, and the finished product arrives ready to set up.
